Inside the Box Crew
Major (18+) Choreographer Division 1st Place WinnersInside the Box is a project team first formed by Jonathan “Toybox” Bronner in the summer of 2008 in hopes to spread house dance and house dance influenced choreography to the greater dance community. It’s members comprises of Toybox’s closest friends all coming from a verity of teams including IV League, Team Millennia, Kaba Modern, Kaba Legacy, ChoreoCookies, PAC Modern, BREED, Movement Project, Culture Shock LA, Commonground, Mischief Makers, Mavyn/Marvels Dance Company, Primed, Kreative Movement and more.
After taking 1st place at Maxt Out 2009, Inside the Box went on hiatus for a year to pursue a short lived appearance on Paula Abdul’s Live To Dance, but returns to compete in last night’s Maxt Out 2011 competition at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse theater. Inside the Box reclaims its 1st Place standing with their Power Ranger themed set in their division, Major Choreographer, with Gina Hong and Andy Del Valle Project taking 2nd Place and Surreal (Shawn Duong, Chris Bitun, Tuan Duong) taking 3rd Place.
